You discovered the random choice, right? Where you get a mix of all of them?

My favorite is the hip-hop one (duh) and so I used to go by an engineer's desk and hit his until that one came up. He switched his thing to only play hip-hop and it took me far too long to realize I wasn't just having a REALLY good run of luck.

Received a gift package from Waco, Texas, today. Inside: a cool Baylor FB T-shirt and ... best of all ... two Texas license plates!

Secret Santa remained anonymous, so to whomever sent the gift, thank you very much! I'm one state closer to having all 50 license plates.

Until I saw this -- no! I didn't know you could adjust it. I just took it from the house, where I was ordered to remove it lest I be killed, to work, where it's broken up the late-night monotony.

Secret Santa - I didn't realize there was a box left at my front door until this evening. Thank you so much - I am looking forward to coffee (without having to worry about whether my coffee grinder will work one more day) with the local baked goods. Special thanks for including something for the whippets.

Speaking of the three whippets, if it was intentional, using plastic newspaper sleeves as filler was genius as they will be put to use after the pups enjoy their gift.

I'm saving the gift of meat for my girlfriend.

I just got my package shipped out, and I was a bad SS in that it is late. Should be there by the 26th according to the USPS. My apologies.

First off, thanks to ALL of you for participating. I love this thing so much.

I think the oldest shipped gift not to be received yet was sent on the 18th. I'll follow up with those who haven't let me know they received it on the 26th. By my count, nine people this year will get their SS gifts after Christmas, which is not optimal. Whenever anyone asks why I start this so early, this is usually my answer.

Got mine in the mail today. An awesome Bridgewater State football t-shirt and a paperback about America's Most Wanted Gangster -- Whitey Bulger.

To my anonymous SS, your gift was plenty adequate and arrived right on time. Awesome, man. Thanks, a bunch. I'll break out the shirt tomorrow and hit the book hard over the next week.
