Getting Hugh Jackman to make a cameo in the "Two Sides!" piece was good. Lincoln Financial was good. I put in a video after suffering through Weekend Update. Even the digital short was bad.

Second this. I thought parts of the Stiller show last night were decent (didn't see Melissa McCarthy because I was in Milwaukee), but Foster the People did a great job. That song's catchy.

Wiig skits are easy to skip - watch 30 seconds and figure that "joke" will be repeated about three or four times.
I thought she was channelling delicious dish during WU. Liked the Fox and Friends - well worth the time to pause and read the "corrections."

And if you didn't stick around for "Tinyballs" - your loss. Taran Killam's Brad Pitt was more than decent.

I really believe that Kristen Wiig is the best, most-talented of all the SNL players. Yet somehow they've managed to write just about every one of her characters into something completely unwatchable. She plays the same annoying thing in seven or eight varieties, and every one of them is unwatchable. And that, my friends, is the leading reason why SNL is way worse than it should be.

Any discussion of Top 10 worst SNLs ever must include tonight's show.
I would rather watch John Lackey host than Anna Faris. She wasn't that great hosting the first time (and she's not all that hot, IMHO).
Instead of cameoing on Drake's second number, Nicki Minaj should've been host. She'd have brought a little more to the table, and maybe lured the writers away from the beer, chicken and video games.

I liked the singing chicks skit. I might have been the only one, but I did.

heh, I thought that was pretty good.

Last night's show was OK. Outside of the singing chicks skit, nothing stands out that much to me, but I also didn't actively hate anything.

Well, I think anyone who doesn't think Anna Faris is hot is vision-impaired ;), but I turned the show off before the first musical guest.

Yeah, when the first sketch out of the gate is that stupid Armisen Dominican TV thing they've dragged out time and time and time again... not a good sign.

I don't know - now I'm thinking it's the deer in headlights look Armisen always has that makes his stuff unfunny. Just plain bad.

    Best sketch in the show.

Hot doesn't necessarily make a great show (Faris, Scarlett Johansson, January Jones). Melissa McCarthy may be well north of 200, but I'll take her as a host over any of those "hotties."

I find Vanessa Bayer totally unfunny in anything she does that doesn't involve Miley. That "debate" skit, where she flubbed at least two words and sounded like she was straight reading and STILL didn't have the timing down was just painful.
