Have to agree. Eddie Murphy is pretty good, and Denzel has its moments, but his impressions are usually a little too over the top and they are all very similar and inconsistent.

I liked it for about five seconds.

Then I thought: "I'm a 35-year-old watching SNL on a Saturday night, making fun of young people."

Talk about pandering to your audience!

    Now get off my lawn.

    Far too much introspection.

I thought they'd have someone playing Tebow as one of the guests on that show. It was set up perfectly for that.

Without knowing the result during dress rehearsal, and without knowing if Tebow would be seriously hurt during the game, it would be tough to tee up a Tebow skit.

True. I thought they might have had it in the can, ready to be plugged into the show if the game went the right way.

No Andy Samberg at all, huh?

If The Jay Pharaoh Show was the best Jay Pharaoh's got to showcase himself, then maybe he doesn't deserve to be on this show.

I liked it, but then again, I'm a mark for Jay Pharaoh. His Tracy Morgan was pretty awesome. (Then again, I also love Tracy Morgan.)

Yeah, it seemed like he just admitted that all he has are his impressions. Sad.

  12. I got that, too. And the long silences were painful on many levels.
