Samberg earns his bread with the digital shorts. He may be content with that.

Guess I was the only one amused by the Piers Morgan thing and the newspaper sketch. The crab bit and the letter writers tanked, but it was better than last week's debacle.

The quirky show thing was easily the best part. Watched it online today at work, sent it to my coworker, and we both laughed until we got tears. The girl NAILED Deschanel's voice, but Wiig stole the scene as Bjork.

"Take things you like and make them different. If you like swans, make them a dress. If you like screaming, make it music. If you like clouds, make them your friends."

"I made a sweater for an octopus. Plus I left an extra hole for his dreams and ideas."

Side note: I laughed so hard at "hi tiny baby man."

Everything about that skit was just about perfect, right down to the neutered Michael Cera as their bitch.

Zooey's impression of Mary Kate was awesome too.

Best thing they've done all year.

I made a cozie for my coffee, and I can also use it as a sleeping bag.

But the line of hers I laughed hardest at was the final one. They're signing off, she's been this damn weird chick all skit, and they cut to her and she says "I'm a billionaire."

If you'd been paying attention, you'd have noticed that IJAG didn't go to the TMBG show. I'm sure she thanks you for rubbing it in.

Are there more SNL fans at SportsJournalists.com than the rest of the country combined?

No, there's a higher percentage of SNL fans in day-to-day life than you're accustomed to.
