Oh, I agree. You would have just thought that with a history of being in successful sketches she would have seemed more comfortable in her most recent outing on SNL.

  2. I have high hopes for Jonah Hill as guest host tonight.

First two sketches were great. So glad they mocked that dumbass SportsCenter science segment.

Andy Samberg dressed as Sarah Palin is reminding me strangely of Bruce McCulloch from the Kids in the Hall. Scurrry.

The Bennihana sketch would have been funny if the Oscar-nominated host hadn't ruined it by staring directly at the cue cards while reading his lines -- ala Lindsay Lohan.

Not on Jonah. Lorne insists upon that.

Lorne insists that the host avoids eye-contact with the other actors and makes it obvious that he is reading his lines off cue cards?

    I did not know that.

Stefon: Well, they had these buttons.
    Seth: Kiss me, I'm Irish?
    Stefon: If you insist.

    God, I love Stefon. :)

The talking monkey sketch was painfully bad. Maybe the worst I've ever seen on SNL. How in the world did somebody think that was funny enough to air?
