Samberg basically called it quits at the end: "This is how it started and they way we go out!" Done.

And as much as Wiig has been featured, it sure looks like her farewell, too.

This has been a real fun episode so far. Mick's done surprisingly well.

As a jamband fan, I'd totally watch "So You Think You Can Dance At An Outdoor Music Festival." Hell, I'd compete on it.

I'm also glad I'm watching this live and not online, because they've licensed so much music that they'd probably have to cut at least a third of the show for the online version.

So why does SNL take the summer off? Tradition? Lorne doesn't want to pay them to work year-round?

    And a Steve Martin cameo!

Is this final sketch Wiig's farewell?

Yup. Lorne clinched it for me.

Why a farewell for her but not Samberg or Sudekis?

I figure the DS extravaganza was Samberg's farewell. And they need Sudekis through the election. Otherwise, they could've played "How Can I Miss You if You Won't Go Away?"

I pegged Poehler, Dratch, Kattan, Parnell and Forte all on stage there.

I don't recall (maybe Fey?), but has SNL ever had an on-stage farewell like that?
