Now that you mention it, it sure did ... I thought she did a great job delivering some tough lines, but I imagine some of it was ad-libbed.

    No.

Again, even when it's not that good, it's not hurting any damn body to give us some background noise in that time slot. I think I'd rather have that there than Law & Order reruns.

You can have the L&O reruns. With my blessing. :)

Are you trying to denigrate Law and Order? Because if so, we have a problem.

Just so you're not left hangin' ... I've never bothered to watch.

If such thoughts had prevailed in the early 1980s, we'd have never had the late-'90s era of the show that to me was it's pinnacle.

Really like Kate McKinnon. Has done well with everything she's been in.

Debate cold open tonight killed; I actually would have watched Tuesday's debate if there had been the promise of a Romney-Obama throwdown. Bonus special guest appearance by none other than Tom Hanks!

Also, Bruno Mars singing during his monologue is obvious, but it's working.

Not optimistic. I cannot stand Bruno Mars. It's almost an irrational dislike. Don't even know the man.

This Pandora skit is decent. And the Sad Mouse got a couple of chuckles. Those people that didn't wave back have to feel like jerks now.
