That first song by the Edward Sharpe JV Team is way overplayed.

    I liked it...

There is a restaurant at Disney World where they do that schtick and we've been there twice and one of the waitresses had us all in hysterics as she was roasting our table. We came back a couple years later and the waitress was just a bitch...

I LOVED that sketch. I thought it was the best of the night by far. I liked The Hunger Games one, but given that I haven't seen the movie or read the books and only know the series tangentially, some of the stuff I only "got" by the context of the skit.

Loved the Hunger Games presser just because I have been in far too many of those pressers with all the questions going to one person then the organizers trying to get reporters to start asking questions of the person nobody cares about.

Keenan Thompson just killed as Ray Lewis.

The Maroon 5 vs. Train bar fight was funny, but they jumped the shark by bringing in Jason Mraz.

a million times better than last week. Of course good to see we can take two weeks off for the Super Bowl after a working so hard with a pair of shows to start the season.

It seems Taran Killam (sp) is coming into his own as a performer. Like Keenan Thompson grew on me, I am finding the same thing with Killam.

I was disappointed. Figured they would have rigged up "Ray Lewis" with one of those small hoses that would make him a crying mess like they used to do with Tammy Faye Baker.
Thought they could have done more with the Train/Maroon 5 thing, since people think they are the same band.
Even the MLK/Obama thing left a lot on the table.
