    Since milb.com just got rid of a bunch of its writers, I wouldn't hold my breath on this position being filled. Ever.

    This position has (finally) been filled by a college student. He's been covering high school sports and thinks this is a big step up. He's a nice kid, a very hard worker. I hope it turns out better than the gloom-and-doom posts on this thread!
