I got enough gift cards to clothe me for the next year... I got a Sirius Stiletto, plus the home kit, car kit, portable carrier, a slingbox, iPod batter pack, a couple sweatshirts and a new chair for my office...

Got some nice stuff this year:

Taylor Hicks' new CD -- love it, though I doubt it will be as big a commercial success compared to the other Idol contestants

    Season 5 of 24

    First season of The Office

    Volume Four, The Family Guy

Three dress shirts, though they're a little short in the sleeve

Three pairs of dress casual slacks

Couple sweaters and some new ties -- didn't really need the ties, but I wanted them to help update my wardrobe

Bought this for the MIL and made a copy of it. It's pretty good. The only song I think'll have commercial success is the No. 13 song, "Hell of a Day," IIRC.

That sounds like something Luggy, 21 or sportschick would have on their shoe rack.

My sister got the knockoff brand of the magic bullet. She's in heaven. She is, however, now the only family member without an MP3 player.

In the end it always just seems easier to use my Ole Gillete M3 and when I want to "clean" just get a new blade.

Good call, Boom. That seems like more of an economical choice compared to a hundred dollar razor that cleans itself. I don't really see the point. Is it that much harder using an M3 and getting a new blade?

Sometimes, it seems much easier being a girl.

    From my wife:

    Family Guy, Volume Four

    A bottle of Glenfiddich

A couple of rounds of golf at my two favorite courses, an Adidas golf polo and a dozen balls for when the season begins in May.

    From my dad:

    A home brewing kit.

    From my mom:

    Cash.

It was a very good Christmas.

Keep us posted on the Stilleto. I am looking at XM version. With the 50 hrs of recording it seems like it could easily make MP3 player expendable. Heard battery life was not that good though.

Maybe this is a Christmas thing, but what is the appeal of a razor as a gift? Would you give someone a toothbrush? A tweezer? An eyelash curler? I don't get it.

    That's what I'm sayin', 21. I just don't get it.
