So, who coaches the San Diego Chargers next year?

A splendid idea VLM! A new coaching position-the closer co-ordinator. The NFL has every other kind of coach, so why not? It'd be a way for veterans to pad their resumes. Imagine the excitement in Qualcoom Stadium next year. It's the 4th quarter, the Chargers lead by 4, and Dick Vermeil takes off his headset in the press box to take the long walk down to the sidelines to replace Marty for the rest of the game!

 

The worst thing is they got beat on a day when Brady threw more bad passes than he usually throws in a month.

I'm hearing it's going to be John D. Villareal, who will also be the team's strength coach, attorney, radio talk-show host, corporate pitchman and outside linebacker.

And he'll diddle a few cheerleaders just for good measure.
