    Are they good points?
    We're talking about one of the most under-reported crimes because it carries such a social stigma, and someone's going to endure that on a roll of the dice of a high-profile recruit? Assuming that she even follows recruiting (I don't know what percentage of the female student body follows recruiting at FSU but it doesn't seem like it's high) this still strikes me as unlikely.

    Possible, I guess. But unlikely.

    You are being extremely naive.

    Have you ever seen the groupies around some of these high profile high school players?

    And how many of them falsely accuse them of rape?

    A study a few years ago determined less than 6 percent of rape accusations on college campuses were bogus. Yet every time an athlete is accused of that crime, people immediately ratchet the chances up to 50/50.

    At a school like Florida State, the bulk of the student body was likely familiar with Winston by the time he made his on campus visit.

    Does that mean he didn't rape her? Absolutely not.

    Does that mean she's making this up because he might someday be a rich, NFL star? Of course not.

    I have very little doubt that she thinks she's telling the truth.

    Right, and he might think he's telling the truth as well.

    Date rape is so difficult to prove. If she's claiming she was drugged, they would have to prove that he drugged her.

    Again, if he did it, I hope he dies in jail.

    I would just hate for him to go to jail because a girl got drunk and did something she might not have done if she was sober and regretted it or didn't remember it.

    2) Lynch;
    3) Manziel

    So you believe he's innocent?
