    Which raises the question, "Why?"

    Um, no.
No sex between immature teenagers, especially those illegally using alcohol, and none of this would have happened.

Eating asparagus is not the only way to get diarrhea. But to be charged with rape? Different story. Even if Winston is as innocent as his attorney claims he is, he wouldn't have been accused of rape had he kept it zipped.

Yeah, it happens all the time, I know. Blah, blah, blah. But that doesn't make it right. Or smart.

You really think had either of those two known now what would have happened, they would have done it?

I think that they likely treated the girl like shit. And I think that, indeed, they were drinking underage and being unsafe.

What I take umbrage with is what seems to be Mark's general assertion that college students shouldn't have sex at all. I don't agree with that, particularly as an "integrity" issue.

Fowler just tweeted their show Saturday will have to be uptempo. Guessing that means five or more finalists they'll have to profile.

The only other time there were six finalists was 1994, when it was Rashaan Salaam, Ki-Jana Carter, Steve McNair, Kerry Collins, Jay Barker and Warren Sapp

Six finalists in what is expected to be one of the biggest blowouts ever? 2-6 must be really close together.

They probably figure the less time they spend on Winston, the better. The standard narrative about how hard he works and how single-minded he is doesn't exactly apply here.

ESPN probably decreed that both championship game teams had to be represented.

I'm guessing top 3 are Winston and a combination of Lynch/Williams. Wanted to add in Manziel and McCarron for name-recognition. Throw in a guy that just ran wild in front of a huge TV audience to boot.

Based on recent history, this year's trophy will wind up at "mom's house".
