One of the many things that makes New York oh-so-unique.

If ONLY New Yorkers had the same unbridled caring and compassion for other places that everyone else has!

That's a Christian perspective? Seriously? So all of us Christians are feeling that way? I had no idea I was that much of a doomsday nut. Thanks for telling me.

Personally, I can't wait for the end times. Me and Jesus are going to kick ass.

That's OK. I'll just wait for God to do it for me when your long-awaited apocalypse occurs.

Mrs. AQB just e-mailed me some pics of the interior of the Opryland Hotel. They're going to be closed for awhile.

To put it in perspective, if you've been there before, the atrium where they have the boat ride is flooded up to the bridge so all the first floor rooms and first floor exhibit space is completely under water.

Piranhas have escaped from an aquarium restaurant and can survive in fresh water....

Sounds like the boat ride has a new course.

At least they won't have to water all the plants for a while.

If anyone's posting on here from Nashville, can you let me if I-40 is open? I'm going to be driving through (at least that's the plan) tomorrow. Would it be best to take a bypass? Is there a bypass traveling West on 40?
