    Consider yourself lucky, Sam.

I've had Paul Revere and the Raiders' "Indian Reservation" in my head all damn day.

    Eww ... that sucks.

I keep a supply of CDs handy at all times in the car (what I listen to and radio formats are two entirely two different worlds) and with me at work (desk thinks it's a comedy club ... the jokes got old after two weeks).

Lately, a lot of John Williams, Stevie Wonder and Chuck Mangione. A little Steve Hackett and a splash of Genesis in the car. Apparently, I can't make up my mind. :D

The stinking "Happy Peanut Soar" tune from the Snickers commercial. I'm ready to surgically remove it with a ballpean hammer.

Happy peanuts soar over chocolate covered mountaintops and waterfalls of caramel; Dancing nougat in the meadow sings a song of satisfaction to the world

"The Unfortunate Rake," as performed by the White Stripes (and Al Swearengen at Deadwood Amateur Night)

As I was a-walking down by St. James' Hospital,
I was a-walking down by there one day,
What should I spy but one of my comrades
All wrapped up in flannel though warm was the day.

I asked him what ailed him, I asked him what failed him,
I asked him the cause of all his complaint.
It's all on account of some handsome young woman,
'Tis she that has caused me to weep and lament.

And had she but told me before she disordered me,
Had she but told me of it in time,
I might have got pills and salts of white mercury,
But now I'm cut down in the height of my prime.

Get six young soldiers to carry my coffin,
Six young girls to sing me a song,
And each of them carry a bunch of green laurel
So they don't smell me as they bear me along.

"Don't muffle your drums and play your fifes merrily,
Play a quick march as you carry me along,
And fire your bright muskets all over my coffin,
Saying: There goes an unfortunate lad to his home.

Yes. The opening to the 92 Live medley makes a lot more sense now. I'd have to pick Squonk and Ripples as favorites.

Today's song that got overplayed: Laugh, I Nearly Died by the Stones.
