    Thanks for the reply.

I come down on the other side of the fence. I like being able to determine what happened to Tony on my own. I can see where others wouldn't.

But whichever side of the fence you're on, the ending served its purpose. People are still having heated talks about the ending and the show.

fuck, you say it that way.

But who's in NY? the "old neighborhood" is gone.......I just think that the NY mob could be based out of NJ, there's no need to live in Chinatown. Just a dumb theory....I'm not a big fan of the show, I like it, not just as much as some others. I prefer the Wire.

Wingman....when Agent Harris was told that Phil was killed, he said something like "we're gonna win"? What did he mean by that?

I thought that was a sloppy moment.... felt almost like an outtake.

    He wasn't alone.
I thought it was great. It left the viewer to decide the outcome.

In my version of the ending, Tony and his family have a nice little dinner and go home. Eventually, he's indicted, convicted and serves some time.

    BTW.... Gandolfini's next project:

I could see that working... until he opens his mouth.

Hemingway as a nasally New Jerseyite?

Movie starts with him in the can.

    Easy as pie.

I didn't think it was a sloppy moment -- I thought it was awkward, and intentionally so.

It was awkward.......and him getting all gleeful over Phil's passing made him feel like part of the crew.
