    Someone posting comments on Sepinwall's blog made a point of describing the point of view of Tony looking at the interior of Holsten's after he walked in -- you don't see anyone at the booth he picks -- and then a quick cut to him seated, a view we see from the same point of view as Tony had just before. You don't see him remove or hang up his jacket. It's gone. Is the shirt the same one he had on when he entered?

    I don't know the exact point the poster is making, but I think he's speculating the point of view has changed, and maybe even the time sequence and cosmic significance.

    It was very subtle, maybe something only Italians would pick up on, but look where Tony sat. Facing the door, so he could see who is coming in.
