A guy named John T Reed posted this on his Facebook page, not sure where he's getting the information or how accurate it is. It is certainly racist.

Revised timeline on Slager shooting Scott:
1. traffic stop
2. Scott lies to cop—illegal
3. Scott confesses truth
4. Scott who was told to stay inside his car tries to run away. He owes well over $10,000 in child support and knows there is a warrant for his arrest. If he allows Slager to arrest him, he will go straight to jail.
5. Slager, not Scott, takes the taser of of its holster and yells “Taser” three times, apparently trying to persuade Scott to stop.
6. Slager pursues Scott on foot and shoots at Scott with the taser apparently using the taser like a calf roper’s lariat to prevent him from continuing to flee. I do not know what the rules for using the taser are but I would not be surprised if they are the same as the gun, only for self defense or to stop a perp from hurting another person. I surmise that the taser darts may have entered Scott’s clothing but not shocked him.
7. The scuffle was apparently Slager tackling Scott and Scott continuing to resist arrest and attempt to flee.
8. Scott escaped again and resumed running away and Slager shot at him 8 times, apparently hitting him six times including one in the heart which killed him.
9. The taser was lying on the ground where Slager stood to shoot. Slager went to Scott and handcuffed him then went back and picked up the taser. That appears to be illegal—changing the crime scene.
10. Slager may have taken the taser to Scott’s body and dropped it near him. The video is blurry.
11. Slager filled out a police report where he may have said Scott took the taser and had it when Slager fired. That would support the conclusion that Salger moved the taser to Scott to make it look like Scott had the taser when shot by Slager.
12. Eric Bolling of Fox News is too stupid to be a TV analyst. Geraldo, of whom I am not a fan, explained repeatedly to Bolling that murder was an overcharge; that the correct charge should be manslaughter. Bolling kept insisting that murder was the correct charge because the cop was not fearing for his life when he fired. I think the average educated layman already knows the difference between murder and manslaughter without having it explained by a lawyer like Geraldo. Geraldo repeatedly explained that under SC law, as most states, murder requires premeditation and there was no such here.
13. Geraldo indicated that if they charge Slager with murder, he will be acquitted. I surmise from what Geraldo said that in SC, the jury cannot find him guilty of manslaughter. Rather, they only have the two choices of murder or not guilty. In other cases, I presume in other states, the jury can find the defendant guilty of a lesser charge.
14. When Bolling complained about the alleged moving of the taser Geraldo explained, correctly I suspect, that is a separate charge. Ditto making false statements on his report. I would add, but Geraldo did not, that Slager’s behavior if he moved the taser and made false statements in his report can be used as evidence to impeach him, that is, to convince the jury that he cannot be relied on to tell the truth. Of course there is a very good chance that Slager’s lawyer will not let him testify in which case his credibility as a witness is not relevant.
15. At this point, it appears Slager is guilty of manslaughter, maybe changing the crime scene, maybe making false statements on his report, and maybe firing a taser at a suspect without adequate justification.
16. There is still no evidence that the two should be described in media stories as black and white. If Slager had shot me, would they describe me as an Irish, Scots-Irish, Hungarian, Cherokee American and Slager as a German, Irish American?
17. I don’t even like Scott being described as unarmed. Would I be described as unarmed if it were me? Maybe, but doesn’t it go without saying that cops are armed and guys driving a car down the street are generally not armed such that there is no reason to believe the driver IS armed? It sounds like we announce the races and the black being unarmed to try to make it a sensational race case for ratings. Describing the driver as unarmed seems like its trying to get the public to regard what the cop did as wrong. Whether a suspect is armed is not a criterion. Whether the cop feared for his life is the criterion. The suspect being armed can be evidence of that, but in all four of these recent cases there was a scuffle. In a scuffle where one party has a loaded gun the fact that the other did not have one before he arrived is not relevant DURING the scuffle.

That's a horrible scene in Arizona.

In no way does it excuse shooting an unarmed man in the back as he is running away in South Carolina.
