    The NHL will put a franchise on the Rockefeller Center skating rink before it puts one in Winnipeg or "somewhere in Ontario."

    That's true. There are many cities in the United States still in need of new NHL teams.

    They don't know yet that they need teams, and they'll continue to not know unless and until Gary Bettman chooses to inform them. ::)
