    Moddy,

Is it cool if I play hard to get? The desperation thing hasn't worked so great in Cleveland.

Moddy announced a couple hires today, including Amanda Comak from the Cape Cod Times -- nice hire.

Dude. Seriously? I love you man but if you're not good enough for the Plain-Dealer??

ASAP within reason, which is why I didn't answer beyond my one word earlier because it is vague. I want to have it done soon but I don't want to feel like I'm rushing. I have a ton of weekend reading material printed out. I have a few slots left. We launch March 21 and can publish with what we have on board already. But I'd like a full staff in place by then.

Which means I better get my ass off SJ and get to reading.
