Health and beauty are two separate arguments, though.

I was still devilishly handsome when I smoked a pack a day, for example. Probably more so, because I weighed 50 pounds less.

And, in not convinced Graham is unhealthy - at least no more so than 70-75 percent of Americans are. She's still beautiful.

And, Dick, yes, "curves" are synonymous with a little extra thickness. It's been that way for quite some time.

Right. It's a euphemism. Like "real women."

    I don't believe he believes you're fat.

I thought you were in super shape.

    True enough.

But the celebrated Instagram models who may starve themselves to achieve a look are also not healthy.

Supermodeling is not about health and never has been. It would seem odd to mention in Graham's case. She's not on the cover of SI as a picture of health, but a picture of beauty and physical attractiveness.

Except it's a euphemism with many variables.

"Passed away" is a euphemism for died, but you cannot be any more dead than dead. So it's a pretty simple euphemism.

"With curves" could imply 10-20 more pounds than the typical swimsuit model (which appeals to me) or 70-80 pounds (which does not appeal to me).

You should not have to starve yourself to appeal to anyone's idea or "normal." What you call "fat", many of us call normal. What you call normal, many of us call very underweight.

You say fat, they say curves. Who are you, that your euphemism is more apt?

Something tells me if Dick were a woman, he'd be at about Karen Carpenter weight.

She's on the cover of SI as a gimmick.
