I always have liked and respected Chris Myers of Fox, but after listening to some of his recent takes, those feelings are beginning to wane.

He's still my fave of what's out there late afternoon.

    Yeah, digging it back up.

Seibel is at it again. It's his second day back and all he's talking about is his kid, wife, new house and 50-inch TV.

TALK SPORTS YOU PIECE OF SHIT.

After consecutive days of listening to him babble about it all, I had to turn it over today. I can't stand the guy but I listen in hopes of hearing a solid guest. Today, Jayson (sp?) Stark was talking baseball so I listened.

By the way, has anyone seen the Herd-tattoo pics? His facial expressions are great. It nearly girds my loins to see him in pain.

The rest are on his Webpage at espnradio.com.

The "I'll get a tattoo/shave my head/wear a dress LIVE on the air if...." routine was stale fifteen years ago. If that's the best idea Colin's got to get people talking about him, he'll have to start reading more blogs to pick up some ideas.

Anybody know what happened to Chuck Booms (sp?) who used to do Fox Sports Radio on the weekends? I don't think I've heard him on there anymore. I think he's out of Ohio (Cleveland?).

For those who grew up with sports radio in Los Angeles and for most SportsJournalists.com posters who did not, here's a thread I just started on the Anything Goes thread on Jim Healy:

Glad this thread was dug back up.

    John Seibel needs another bashing.

How many times can you say "Uhhhhhhhhhh" or "Uuuuuuum" between every three fucking words?

A lot of people pause or drop the occasional "uh" or "um" between words. That's fine and pretty normal. But this guy is just horrible.

I seriously wonder how he has a job. Fucking innings eater, right. The guy is beyond that. He's the relief guy who's getting shelled but the manager won't take him out because the bullpen has been overworked on the 10-game roadtrip. MAKE THE CALL, SKIP.

Those pics are great. And, yes, Siebel sucks. We don't need the Peter King-ization of sports radio. I don't want to know about the NJ middle school softball team, thanks.

Is the Mike and Mike Show officially ESPN's bitch? First, they are forced to go to Philly every week or so for the Arena game and broadcast in an empty bar/restaurant. Now, they're heading to D.C. for the fucking spelling bee? Seriously?
