    Wow. Good luck to the kid, but it seems like a colossal reach. No pro experience. No major college experience.

    Hey, everyone gets their first pro experience somewhere. I'm guessing you wouldn't consider work as a student in the realm of major college experience.

    I've read some of Kareem's stuff before. Seems like he has a pretty good grasp of what's going on. Now going from USM or Jackson State to the NFL might be a big jump, but good reporters are good regardless of where they are. For his sake, I hope he does all right.
