sports writer, Martinsville

    Just a few? Yeah, I guess you're right. No reason to go overboard.
    As for the positions, word is they've hired one writer and borrowed one writer and one copy editor from the news side to stop the bleeding. I'm not knocking them at this point. You do what you must to get the paper out. But they were already short on the news side, and my guess is that the entire paper will suffer because it's spread so thin at this point.
    Then again, if they can get by with this, they might decide to keep it that way and save a couple bucks.

    How could all of you forget the buxom, young female population that is just dying to meet a wealthy young sports writer, made so by such a fine company like the Martinsville Bulletin.
