I was tempted to add my two cents on this most recent posting, but at some point it just becomes sad.
As a refugee of the Bulletin, part of me takes some solace in seeing management struggle due to its own ineptitude.
But as someone who works in this business, I just find it sad that newspapers (yes, that's plural -- Martinsville isn't alone) are still run this way.

 

Oh no no no. I never applied for this position. It was a fish gutting position that I applied for.

The fish gutting job isn't great, but they threw in a free pair of moccasins and a hammock from Maryann's Hammocks, so I took it.

 

Oh, yeah. That place is in the Hammock District!
