  6. I guess to fit in I should be politcally correct. Well F that. I say what's on my mind, and I'm honest, and I'm well respected for it. Sure, people hate the truth most of the time ... but those of us who spill it sets us apart from those who cower to others. No thanks.

    I'll say what I want no matter whether you like it or not. Again, I'm not attracted to beached whales but I do appreciate a nice looking woman who has an interest in sports. If you have a problem with that, then maybe you should look at yourself and decide why you do.

    This is about sportswriters and drinking, not body types of women you like.

    Writing makes me want to smoke more than it makes me want to drink. And that's probably not a good thing, because I don't enjoy smoking. But a lot of my friends do, and there's something about a cig after drumming out a deadline story that is just impossible to resist.

    As a smoker I tend to agree, but there is nothing quite like a cold beer after an intense deadline.
