    The Metrodome will still exist, but it won't be a baseball stadium much longer.

    2011, I think.

    Yup. Was just double checking. He said it was ahead of schedule, so I thought maybe it was originally scheduled to open in 2010.

    Not sure what's worse about that whole episode ... Vikings losing a playoff spot on the last play of the game of the regular season or the Peckers, er, Packers giving the Cardinals receiver a key to the city and tickets to a playoff game featuring the Packers.

    And Giants Stadium as we now know it will also be gone after the 2009 season with the new Giants/Jets stadium rising right next door.

    I should have added something when I said something about the Mets' new place. But having been by the Meadowlands at various times the last 15 years - I'm not native to the area - I got probably the most useful stuff at the complex ... yellow tape.

    Texas Stadium will probably be razed as soon as JerryWorld gets up and running in 2009.

    That land is prime real estate surrounded by three freeways.
