Hey, I'm no Karmanos fan either, but it's the lesser of two evils. I'd rather see Karmanos hoist the Cup instead of Pronger.

    A) Hey, NASCAR is beginning to phase in unleaded fuel
    B) Peter Karmanos is a yankee, Mr. Detroit himself
    C) That theme song from Deliverance is kinda catchy

He is NOT Mr. Detroit. That would be Steve Yzerman.

Karmanos merely makes his fortune here.

End of the second, Carolina up 2-0.

Edmonton has to start skating with authority, throw the body and get bloody people in front of Cam Freakin' Ward. This game ain't over yet.

Karmanos and Ilitch hate each other. Years ago, he had a minor league team in Detroit that used to play at Joe Louis Arena.

Ilitch booted Karmanos' team from the Joe. So Karmanos moved his team to the suburbs and built Compuware Arena, where the OHL's Plymouth Whalers now play.

Time to give Edmonton a taste of its own defense, the 1-4 trap.
