If she was wearing the "DTF" button/shirt/whatever . . . a lawyer would have the opportunity to plant reasonable doubt in the mind of a jury.

If you can find anyone else on this site that reads "given that X is true" as "if X is true", then congratulations.

 

The forensic evidence that said she had vaginal bruising and bleeding? That forensic evidence? And she was coherent enough to write down a statement and tell the cops her story.
