    Its all about the videos. If it shows some aggression by Big Ben, he's done. Also if the victim comes across as bright, intelligent and restrained, he's got big problems (think Tyson.) If she comes across differently, he's got a chance (think Kennedy/Smith).

    Milledgeville is no place to fuck around. Just hearing who Big Ben has retained as a lawyer makes me believe he is in some tough shit.

    Amazing that Big Ben is stupid enough to go partying in some college town (in college I used to look at those who were past their 5th year in college and say, "didn't you already have your time? You need to get a life") instead of jetting to the grown up party town, Vegas; yet gets his senses to hire a big time lawyer.

    Maybe he is, but maybe he's just hiring the guy because he's a damn good lawyer and he doesn't want to leave anything to chance.

    It's like Wojtek Wolski hiring Paul Bernardo's lawyer when he was 17 and up against a relatively minor assault charge.
