    Well, yeah. Kind of my point. It's just shorthand that the public uses. I'd be more worried about lawyers or judges misusing the terminology than SportsJournalists.com.

    Have I read that the incident is alleged to have occurred in the restroom?

    If so, I wonder which -- ladies or mens.

    If that question can be answered, one starts to wonder which way this one could shift.

    Depends (no pun intended) who you ask; some sources say women's toilet, some say unisex, VIP one. I'm betting the latter.
