Two or three good clotheslines by security.

The networks that are in high dudgeon could maybe stop showing replays of court stormings (unless it is a newsworthy situation like today.)

Forfeit for the first court storm. Disqualified from the conference tournament for the second one. Disqualified from the NCAA Tournament for the third one.

Now that I think of it, I believe Mike Curtis had the right answer.

Yeah, that one-game winning streak had me believing Mike Davis had turned things around.

Until someone gets killed. Or until an NBA lottery pick blows his knee out. Sure, let them have fun.

I'm young enough to have court stormed. It was fun. But it's different now. It's not unique or special if people are doing it after regular season conference games. Who fucking cares if you're Wake Forest and have never been to a Final Four. You're still an ACC school. Act like it. And everyone wants to have their viral moment in the court storm. Dumb fucks were taunting Filipowski just before he got hurt. The thing that'll probably put an end to this is a star player clocking the fuck out of someone and starting a riot. And he'll be justified.

Or, a star player getting his knee blown out by getting bum-rushed by frat geeks and suing their candy-ass school for the NBA millions he lost

If everyone gets participation trophies, then there is nothing wrong with participation storming.
If news outlets don't cover the court storming, it might cost some student a chance to storm.

People arguing this has been happening for decades and nothing like this has happened are missing the point: Something like that happening is WAY overdue.
