    This isn't anything new, though foam-at-the-mouth right-wingers like O'Reilly would like us to think so.

    The ACLU has a long history of defending detestable groups, including the KKK.

    It is, after all, a civil liberties organization, once again, despite the right-wing's protestations to the contrary.

    I hate the fact that this law will ultimately be overturned -- as it should. I hate it.

    At the very least, I thank God for everyday that this law will be in effect.
