Pay the accrediting board in its region to come out and accredit them. That's a simplistic statement, but in essence, an accrediting board or agency studies the university to determine if it meets the standards the organization has set up.

Doesn't seem that difficult then. If i could, I would start a low cost 4-year college. I bet you could make a killing in the coming years.
