It was a pretty fucked up episode. Shiv just got battered. Kieran Culkin plays asshole dickbag Roman really, really well. Kendall still showing his bits of indecisiveness but can sniff out Shiv's bullshit from a mile away. Darwin was a fantastic bit player.

I wonder what actually would happen if 100,000 votes were burned in a swing state that tips the scales. Good gravy I hope that never happens.

I didn’t realize that the actor who plays the ATN election numbers guy Darwin also plays Archie on The Great. Which is a fantastic show in its own right.

President Mencken looks a lot like Colin Cowherd. That's pretty scary.

He’s also gay Hamilton Berger in HBO’s Perry Mason.

    Heck of a second-to-last episode.

I find myself at least as invested in whether Tom and Shiv stay married as who ends up as CEO/what happens to Waystar.

Also, while I don't think this is happening, I had a what if thought watching last night's episode: What if Logan isn't really dead?

    Consider:
—You never actually see him die, or the dead body.
—Roman during his funeral speech breakdown asking "is he in there?"
—If there's one person in on it, it would be his bodyman, Colin, whose look at Kendall when Kendall tries to hire him seemed loaded.
—The entire series echoes King Lear, who sheds his kingdom and goes off to see his children fight (or not fight) over what he has left them.

Again, I don't think that is what is happening. But it would be something.

If they could pull that off... the idea that Logan would pay off dozens of people just to fuck with his kids... it would be the greatest episode ever.

Seems like there is so much more than can be wrapped up in a final episode.

This is the final season … for now.
