    Gatorade Rain (lime).

    Water.

    Anything with alcohol dehydrates you. Soda is too sugary and sticky.

    It I had a particularly long day, I just had Tanqueray on the rocks. Eventually, I got deep enough that I said fuck the rocks & started doing shots. The next day wasn't so fun.
