It is still anybody's game and I expect lots of movement in the placing. While cranberry may have been showing off just a little bit with his/her reference to the "considerable points" he/she will lose in the drop, that is a fair point. Also, Team cranberry™ has not been performing quite so well in recent weeks. This downward trend, along with the impact of the drop score, opens the door for another player to take the season win.

And, of course, it will still require an epic choke by Team cranberry™ for someone else to place first.

I also think it is probably a bad idea to fuck with the point adder before all the points have been added.

 

Isn't the use of a team antithetical to the point of the game? What's to stop a group of 15 of us from PMing each other to create an unbeatable conglomerate? Either you think like the sheep or you don't.
