    It probably is given the Patriots' pursuit for perfection. But in the Rams were big favorites to win that SB, if you wish to measure it by the point spread, St. Louis' loss was even more stunning than New England's tonight. On paper and in discussion, I don't agree - but just sayin'.

    I'd say it's debateable whether the Patriots' loss or the Giants' win is the bigger story, and certainly where you are plays a big part in the decision.
    I'd go with the Pats loss, but I wouldn't say it's a lock.
