If the Steelers win, their last three Lombardis will all have come as the result of matchups against some of the weaker teams to ever play in the Super Bowl.

I think you're going to be very wrong on that one.
The Dick's near my house didn't sell them after the AFC title game.

And yet, they would still have the trophy and those big, gaudy rings. You know, like the Bears got once a really long time ago.

They beat some pretty damn good teams in all three playoff runs just to get there.

Seattle was better than that Bears team that floundered in the mud two years ago.

I only typed that to get oop's predictable response. Woof, woof, Pavlov.

If you win the Super Bowl, you deserve the trophy.

No they weren't, LJB. They were both good NFC teams but played superior AFC teams who didn't play near their best but still won.

"Could have been worse. Could have been black and gold. Steelers colors."

Pittsburgh made three plays the whole game. They didn't play their best because they weren't really that good to begin with.

Hey, if you want to keep opening yourself up and proving yourself to be every bit the fanboy you think I am, but against the Steelers, go for it.

Oop, did you ever once stop and think, "Ya, this guy's fucking with me, but if I respond every time he'll never stop."
