Super Bowl XLIII Running Thread

Well, that band is only a decade past its prime, so it'll have to wait another 20 years to play at halftime of the Super Bowl. By then, though, I should be able to fill in for Dimebag.

 

I thought the same thing, but I think he was just referring to the subhead on the magazine, not discerning that on his own...

They considered a "Desperate Housewives"-style sketch with Jerome Bettis and Andrea Kremer, but decided against it ...

 

We now see why Bruce Springsteen has not done a press conference since 1987. He is half a knuckle head when not singing.

 

I really miss the individual player introductions at the Super Bowl. Yet another reason to kick Bill Belichick in the nuts the first time I meet him.

Yeah, not crazy on the shoes. But she looks gorgeous. Her voice is so powerful.

Wish she'd have sped it up a bit...but hell, it's not an embarrassment. So yay.

 

Ending was pretty awesome. Hope she wasn't lip-synching, but I'm afraid she was.
