"Survivor: China" running thread

PG might have the worst arm I've ever seen on a human being -- and that includes Tim Robbins in "Bull Durham." In every challenge that involved throwing, it was like, "Have you ever thrown anything before, ever?"

Also, have I mentioned how incredibly hot Amanda is? I have? OK, but that doesn't make it any less true.

 

I have a bad feeling Todd, Courtney and Denise are going to knock out Amanda first, based on what I saw last night. The only way this doesn't happen is if Amanda wins another immunity challenge (not a stretch, considering her weak-ass competition).

Amanda would win over anyone else in the final three. She allowed Todd to take the lead in the back-stabbing, even though she seems to lead most of the strategic discussions. She's more popular than Courtney, who won't get a single vote from the jury. And she can truly state she played a better game than Denise, who is basically along for the ride and has been from Day One.

And since Denise grabbed Courtney and Todd for the reward, you can see the writing on the wall.

Which bums me out, because Amanda is the only one I can stand to see win the thing. And who doesn't enjoy taking a gander at her ass, even if it's blurred out most of the time?

 

I think there's a better than 50/50 chance amanda wins immunity - like you said, the competition is weak (in all areas).

I'm not sure what will happen, but I think Amanda needs to get todd out of the way to have her best chance of winning the votes. She might still beat Todd in a vote, but I'm almost sure she'd beat Courtney and Denise.

She was pretty smart playing up to PG this week - Amanda should get her vote for sure, no matter who's in the final 3 with her. There's no way PG ever votes for "along for the ride'' Courtney or Denise, no matter who they're paired with.

I don't think Courtney can get a single vote for the title, unless the jury people just want to stick it to Todd or Amanda.

I could see James (they seemed like friends), maybe Robert (because he's mad at Todd/Amanda) voting for Denise. But I could see either of them voting for Amanda or Todd, also.

No idea how Eric, big boobs (I forget her name) or Frosti (maybe the only possible vote for Courtney) will vote.

If Todd or Amanda are on the jury, either will vote for the other. Courtney would vote for Todd, I think, and Denise would vote for Amanda.

Am I forgeting someone on the jury?

 

Amanda Blurred-Butt cleary deserves to win. But I have a feeling they take her out next week unless she wins immunity. In that case, who does the jury vote for? Denise would win against one of other two but suppose Todd and Courtney are the final two. Who do you vote for? They're both weasels with their eye-rolling and facial gestures. It would kill me to vote for either. This could be a great episode if the jury gets to address those two. They'll cut them to pieces. Let's hope Amanada and her blurred-butt get through. If so, it could be a unanimous verdict. And for God's sake Denise, keep your shirt and shorts on. We don't need to see that body any more!

The other three know they can't beat her with the jury.

It will be three to the jury and Amanda will win in a landslide.

 

Not positive (they do change things up every once in a while) but I think it'll be a 3-person choice for the jury.

 

According to reality news online, they're likely going back to 2 people before the jury for this one. That changes things a lot - Every person there should be trying to get to the final 2 with courtney.

 

No matter how many people appear before the jury, I still think Amanda needs immunity to survive the next council. If she gives the Three Idiots a chance, they'll turn on her right away, because nobody would want to be up against her in the final. Heck, she's proven she's a threat to win immunity now, so it would be in their best interest to get rid of her.

If she does get through, though, it becomes interesting. If it's a two-person final, Amanda and Todd would fight to the death to keep Courtney with them.

 

That's what cracks me up.

Courtney has a zero percent chance of winning, and she has done nothing to change that.

It's as if she isn't even playing.

 

If somebody had told me about three episodes in that Courtney would still be around at this point, I'd never have believed them. For one thing, how in the hell has she not starved to death yet?

 

Has any previous contestant done as little as Courtney and made it this far?

 

Yean, Scout, a few seasons back. She didn't even fake trying in the challenges, she quit right away almost every time.
