I think this was the most bs move the producers have made on this show since they allowed people to come back after getting voted off. Players should have the expectation that they have some control over their own destiny and not to be served up on a platter to get knocked off. It would have been much better if Probst said at tribal the two new members have immunity since they hadn't been there that long. What's next win the immunity idol and then you Must give it to someone else?

There have been similar crappy moves by the producers in the past, including sending teams to tribal when they didn't expect it (and preventing the good players from politicking to stay alive).

If the gay guy and the skinny chick have any brains, they'd have tried to throw the challenge too, so they could get rid of Jean Robert before he would be able to get back together with the guys (James and Aaron) who could save him. Plus, that would give them a chance to team up in an alliance with Frosti and Shereah.

PG and blonde girl aren't as smart as they think they are, though, because like somebody else said, I don't think they can count on Shereah anyway, and if she flips, they're still the underdogs even if everything goes the way they plan.

That was you? I knew it was on of my favorite posters.

By the way, does anyone read the synapsis' (synapsi?) and analysis (that one I can spell) they post on reality news online? A lot of times its more entertaining then the show.

I just watched the last episode with a friend again, and the second time made me hate PG and the blond chick even more. I've always thought it might be a good idea for players to throw challenges in the past, and I don't think I'd be against it. But the way those two did this made me want to punch them in the mouth.

Probably a good job by the producers setting us up in the earlier episodes to like James. They're great at manipulating the audience.

I agree. That was a total dick move by CBS, basically punishing strong players for doing nothing wrong. Completely served on a platter and inviting them to get booted.

That really turned me off of this show. I can't believe how fucked up that was.

You have to feel bad for James, who has kicked ass and now just sits by helplessly while his experience ends at the hands of two non-competitive players who are taking him out of the game by losing on purpose.

Probst always throws a hissy fit when someone throws a competition. (Remember how bad he went off on that huge guy who quit the whole show a couple of years ago?) The producers must know that the worst thing that could happen to that show is for the competitions to cease to be exciting, and for weekly results to be foregone conclusions. It wouldn't surprise me if they throw in a wrinkle next week to keep the next show from being exactly that.

But the producers should have figured out that their brilliant twist could end up this way. I can't blame PG and blondie for doing this -- it's the smart move. It doesn't feel very sporting, but this is for a million freakin' dollars.

That's why I'm torn on it, it was the smart move.

It looks like there are four ways they can turn this against the challenge-throwers.

    1. James finds the individual immunity idol.

    2. change things up again this week (new tribes again)

    3. merge immediately.

    4. don't merge when it's down to 10 people. this leaves the 3 idiots as a tribe by themselves, with no really strong players (although the other group really only has frosti and shereah in that category). That kind of screws over James, assuming they get rid of him this week.

But then again, who knows what happens this week, if James is able to communicate to the other group that his idiots are throwing challenges. Plus, he can probably at least get them back (it's against his personality, but I'd still love to see him do it) by throwing a reward challenge. Plus, by doing that, he's likely to be the one who gets kidnapped, and that gives him a better chance of communicating with the others, and possibly finding the idol.

You would think that, but would Probst have reacted like he did if he saw that coming?

I hope the producers do something this week to prevent the same thing from happening a couple times in the next few weeks. Or the other tribe figures out what happens and does the same thing with their two new people.

Just watched it last night. I think the producers will throw a curve at the two schemers. Perhaps they'll have another "Circle two names for new tribe members" moment. Or perhaps there won't be a merge until there's only one tribe member left on the crappy team.

As for James, at the next immunity challenge he should just announce to the world they shouldn't bother having it since his tribe is throwing the competition to vote him off.

The 11/1 show has come and gone...

And I was crossing my fingers that the dumb blonde would take that plank of wood to Probst only for him to say "What the fuck was this?" and throw it in the fire. Which is exactly what he did. Hilarious.

I love that James has both of them. I hope he wins the whole fucking thing.

How stupid is the blond chick. You already went thru his stuff. Why not check to actually make sure that your idol is the same as his. Then when you realize that it is not the same you could try to replace one with the useless piece of crap that you have. It would have probably taken him a while to realize that it was gone.

That was one of the funniest moments I've ever seen on the show. The best part was she was acting so smug leading up to her big play. I believe she uttered the statement "I'm not as dumb as I look."

    No, sweetie. You're dumber.
