Historians and psychologists alike will have a field day analyzing how someone as ridiculous and pathetic as George W. Bush could not only command the adoration and obedience of millions, but the total, uneccessary capitulation of his political opposition.

Unfortunately, I've had to get used to the fact that nearly all of the sportswriters whose work I most enjoy are foaming at the mouth, BusHitler, tin-foil hatted leftists who assume that everyone who is intellegent enough to read them must agree (can someone else point out that Bonds' crimes didn't murder thousands in Iraq? That would be original & clever.). It is still annoying, but it doesn't bother me much anymore.
