Fenian, I have read all of your posts in this thread, and I'm afraid I must correct you.

I believe the proper spelling is "Dosvidanya."

    Carry on.

That will get you to the nearest ship to a place that's say, more politically comfortable for you?

As Howard Cossell said, "so you make no contribution, whatsoever."

Of course, the textbook response from every Bush-fondling, pseudo-patriot:

If you don't like it, move to Canada, or France, or Mexico, or some other fucking place.

Fuck that. This is America, and that's exactly what scares me the most.

You seem like a nice kid, so I'ma save you some trouble -- the guy you're addressing is the worst kind of troll. Always wrong, never in doubt and not smart enough to know the difference.

He isn't even trying to score political points. He's so desperate to belong to something he just latched on to Bush conservatism, and he ain't leaving his little club for anything under this green earth, save a handjob from Sean Hannity.

Engage at your own risk. The rest of us have him on the button that shall not be named.

Zeke, thanks for the warning, though I've learned in just a few short months how pathetic Yawn is. Sometimes I just don't have the self-discipline to ignore him.

Maybe that button will come in handy.

Don't be too hard on Yawn ... he's fighting a courageous cyber-war against the terrorists.

That said, he is a blithering hypocrite when he suggests Bush critics move to another country. Unless, of course, he spent the eight Clinton years in Cameroon or another member of the Coalition of the Willing.

I refuse to engage the shall not be named button, as tempting as it might be.
I actually want to hear, no matter how stupid, what others are saying.

While I advocate your suggested use of the famous button . . . . it is fair to mention that quite a few loudmouth Hollywood idiots have made a lot of noise about leaving the country, both in 2000 and 2004. The great Dr. Z at si.com has said that if the GOP wins in 2008, he will move to New Zealand.

None of these people have left as of yet, but it's important to note that the idea of leaving the country if you dislike the government doesn't just come from those who support the current regime.

Agreed. It's tempting to use the button for certain people's wild ravings, but I like to see them just as a reminder of how disturbing and delusional people of that ilk can be.

  12. Dr. Z?
    Really?
    Holy crap.
