T-shirt cannons are dangerous

    Some people have a clown phobia. I have a phobia about mascots like this. Not sure why, just do. So this made me very happy.

    I also have a phobia about fans at games who will fight each other to the death for a cannon T-shirt that is worth 38 cents. Seeing them popped in the face from close range wouldn't make me lose any sleep.

    Since it’s college, the play is dead. In the NFL, the mascot could have gotten up and attempted to re-fire the cannon.

    Coincidence. Ducks game last night, we usually ignore the T-shirt cannons because we're up there in the top level. Then, people around us are standing and shouting. A T-shirt reaches the press box, which is quite a ways behind us. My kid is looking at her phone and out of the corner of my eye, I see one heading for us. I pull her toward me and it whizzed past her head. It hit the row behind. She reached back and grabbed it. There were no little kids nearby to give it to so she kept it. Probably won't fit.
