Nicely done, Ides. I dare you to wear the wetsuit to work.

That avatar can NOT be any more SFW than any of the "girls making out" avs.

No one should have that on their computer at work.

Here is a trick that I use in working out at home or in hotel rooms. While watching a sporting event on tv, I spend every commercial break "moving" whether it be push ups, crunches, stretching, etc. Before you know it, you have done several reps while also enjoying the game. Just be sure to get the towels down on those hotel room floors.

You can also try to do push-ups whenever there is a strikeout or a hit or something along those lines.

With my right hand in a cast, my exercise level has plummeted from being in the gym to walking to and from work. This sucks. So, in the meantime, I'm joining a work-sponsored Weight Watchers to get eating under control.

Broke that hand getting a little rough one night? But seriously, how did it happen. You can still run with a broken hand and stuff so you aren't completely immobilized.

Torn ligaments with a dislocated thumb. I have given thought to running but the weight of the cast is rough on a weak shoulder (torn rotator cuff which resulted in a chronic impingement).

Plus the incision point and pin still make it very painful for any bumping. I will revisit situation after June 11 surgery to remove pin. I'll only be in a splint then.

Gentlemen, if you haven't added yoga to your workout, do it. If you work out on your own you will realize just how much you aren't doing if you do yoga.

I've thought about trying yoga. I've gotten very stiff in my middle age (37).
Back in the days of karate and wrestling, I was always loose and limber.
I'm going to try yoga one of these days.
