Did Zeus yesterday ... didn't keep time because I was more interested in finishing all three rounds. I think I was in the 45-minute range, and a lot of the posters on CF.com were in the 34-42 minute range. So I'll take it. Going straight from body-weight body squats back to wall balls is a bitch.

Ran 5K today. Slow. But done. I friggin' hate running. Can't wait for bike weather ...

Good work, Joe. I've done that workout like 6 times in the past 8 days or something. Haven't timed myself since that post you replied to. I'll time myself tonight. But you're right. You can bang out the squats in no time, but the situps are the killer. And like you, the pushups have been a lot easier than I once thought.

I really want to get under 4:30.

Ok, so....I must have been taking my sweet ass time last week when I did the 25-15-10 in 4:50.

I just finished it in 3:44. Then again, the sit-up machine I used at the gym probably takes more time. Today, I did regular situps in my basement.

    Situps are the devil.

Sweet time, Ryan. I think doing this workout seven (?) times in the last few weeks has helped you improve your time.

Hands behind your head or arms crossed over chest for situps?

Arms crossed over my chest. I think the repetition has definitely helped. This was the 6th time I've done that workout in the past 8 days.

Today, I thought about going right into it when I got home from work, but I warmed up on the treadmill for about 20 minutes. I think that helped, too.

This is also the first time I really went balls to the wall with it. As fast as I can while trying to maintain good form all the way around. I probably could have gone a little deeper on a few squats. I couldn't tell after, though. Damn. That was brutal. Whipped me.

You know, I've done situps both ways, and I'm not sure one is easier than the other. Either way, they kinda suck — but they're still easier than knees to elbows or feet to bar.

    Agree 100%.

Yesterday really did a number on me. I didn't time my workout today, but it had to have been 6 minutes. I was strugggggggling.

Then again, I may have still been in shock after my treadmill came to a complete stop during my run today. That was....unsettling. Stupid emergency-stop magnet.

May try the 25-15-10 workout, but not sure I want to post my time because it'll be so f'in slow. Anyways, how many rounds of the 25-15-10 do you do per day? Just 1 or what?

One. Or you could do two or three and see how your times improve (!) as you go along.

I've never done it more than twice in one day. And that was on a Saturday. Impossible during the week with work and all.

Did a stair climb this past weekend as a fund-raiser for the American Lung Association - four skyscrapers, 180 stories total.

Finished 97th out of 818 participants. Not too shabby, and makes me really want to specifically train for the event itself next year instead of just generally being in decent shape. I probably could have done even better, but I didn't know the etiquette in the first tower, as there was a logjam of people and it felt douchey to start forcing my way by everyone.

Jesus. I've never heard of that. They just get a bunch of people to run up the stairs in a tall building?

    That sounds horrible.
