24 yesterday. 25 today, all done while my 9-week-old sleeps on my first full-time day of being Mr. Mom.

Oh, sleep, how I long for thee.

26, 27 and 28, respectively, the last three days. Also mowed the yard with a push mower today and then lifted and did 25 minutes on the elliptical.

    One of these?

As I've mentioned before, it's a great leg workout.

Especially when you let the grass and weeds grow a bit ... :)

I have one of those, but no. A power push mower. It's rained so much around here, just keeping the grass chopped down is enough of a chore. To use the reel mower, I'll need to keep the grass much shorter than it is now.

    29 today. After tomorrow's 30, that will be 465 in 30 days.

The manager at my gym has introduced "virtual workouts," when he puts on a video and watches from the back of the room like a creeper instead of actually teaching.

Another woman and I followed Jillian Michaels today. She seems very aggressively mean. She also didn't demonstrate much, in a way that made me think I was supposed to have learned the moves from some earlier video. We might try again next week.

31 yesterday, 32 today. My right elbow is barking a little bit.

I have survived my first pilates class. The instructor told the women to tighten up like we were holding pens in our vaginas, and the men as if she was about to hit them in the balls. :-X

33 yesterday, with the first 20 overhand.

34 today, with the first one overhand (whew, lost some strength after yesterday). I'm officially more than one-third through my 100 days.

It's funny. When Day 15 came along, it was a struggle to hit that number. Now, 15 is easy. Hell, even 18 or 20 isn't that hard. The last six to 10 of every day are the hard ones now.

35 today. I skipped doing them yesterday because we spent the day at my father-in-law's house and got home late. And because my right elbow feels like I'm going to need Tommy John surgery before this thing is over.

After eating and drinking too much and probably gaining a couple pounds during the weekend, today's pullups were hard.

38 yesterday, and 30 minutes on the elliptical. 39 today. I keep expecting my right elbow to explode any day now.

41 yesterday, 42 today. And 30 minutes on the elliptical.

I'm undecided about what my next 100-day challenge will be. Pushups or burpees would be good to do, but I'm also thinking about doing thrusters with somewhere in the 65 to 75 pound range. That one would be good for legs, arms, shoulders, back — heck, pretty much everything. And it's a good cardio workout to boot. That might be it.
