    Finally back to the gym.

Today, clean and jerk (five sets) and one-arm one-leg cable pulls (three sets).
    Row 10 minutes = 2,112 meters. Row 500 meters in 2:10.

    I'm out of shape.

I have been lifting six days a week for a few weeks now, so two days for each body part, split into three workouts.

I was pretty happy today to have been able to at least bang out a couple of short sets on the bench with 75s (my entire weight room is just dumbbells and a treadmill. Some day I plan to add some more pieces).

Anyway, my medium- to long-term goal is to complete four sets of eight with 90s, though I don't even own those yet, and don't quite feel like I need to begin saving for them at this point. I'll be stuck on 75 for at least a few weeks.

Eight sets on the bench today, ending with 235 x 4, a new PR.

Deadlift PR 355 x 2; tried 245 on the bench, but couldn't get it.

Hitting the 80 lb. dumb bells as we speak, which is a big milestone, as they are the heaviest pair I own. I have run out of weights! I'll have to buy some 85s soon, but it's well worth the cost to me.

    I weigh about 160.
