Training for a half-marathon next month. Got in my first long run on Sunday morning -- 10.67 miles -- and STILL made it to church on time. Quality nap time was had later in the day.

I took a one-hour nap instead of going to the gym to do weight work. #gettingold

I walked to my kids school and back. That's an hour. Baby steps.

Could do it in 30 minutes if you walked like an adult.

My legs are two feet long and two feet around. I can't walk like an adult. Best I can do is a baby elephant.

My brand new treadmill wouldn’t work this morning.

    You can imagine my joy.

I'm not a highly fit person, but I have been losing weight and keeping it off recently. A tip I would give related to the healthy lifestyle and 85/15 habits is eat the same things regularly. I have the same breakfast and pretty much the same lunch every day. It's so simple to track your eating and once you establish the routine it isn't that boring. Saves money, too.

Sorry to hear it. Hope it's something minor.

    Ran stairs.

My other treadmill - same brand - lasted 12 years without a hitch. This one, a month or so. Irritating as hell.
